June 9, 2000 Two of Steve's best buddies finished their Eagle Scout requirements several years ago, but never had their ceremony to receive the award. Steve decided that it was time to recognize them, so as he and David put together a barbecue party at our house, Steve made plans with the Scoutmaster and David and Jeff's parents to make it a SURPRISE Eagle ceremony for both of them.
