We like to juggle wherever we go! We're all members of the Atlanta Jugglers Association and life members of the International Jugglers Association.
For several years Andy and I were members of the Seed and Feed Marching Abominable Band, a volunteer show/comedy marching band based in Atlanta.. He played clarinet and I juggled. It’s a bunch of musicians (many of whom haven’t played since high school marching band), dancers and jugglers. They perform at malls, parades and festivals around Atlanta. We had a great time meeting the other band members and just being silly as we entertained crowds. Each person designs their own wacky and colorful costumes and they often have a theme for each gig such as “tacky tourist, glitter and glitz, faux formal, etc.” The band creates a memorable and fun atmosphere wherever they perform and it’s wonderful seeing all the smiles and laughter in their audiences.
We all like to ride bicycles and several of us have ridden bikes across the state for an entire week every year for the past few years. 1998 was our second year for everyone in the family to ride BRAG in June. That's the annual Bicycle Ride Across Georgia. We traveled 404 miles in a huge loop around Atlanta with about 1700 other cyclists. We rode all morning, set up camp each afternoon, and played (and juggled) in the evening. Here's some pictures and stories from our cycling trips.

Here's a picture of the whole gang. In July 1999 we went on a western Caribbean cruise with all 13 members of Andy's family and here's the picture of that whole crew.
