The Atlanta area has some good cycling paths and hiking trails.  We like to ride bikes on the Silver Comet Trail.  We also enjoy hiking along the Chattahoochee River trails.

Atlanta hosted the Centennial Olympics in July 1996.  We attended several events in baseball, gymnastics, and bicycling as well as concerts at Centennial Olympic Park (pictures below).  It was an amazing experience - so many people, buses, and vendors EVERYWHERE!  The thrill and excitement of those two weeks was unmatched by anything we've ever seen here in Atlanta.
